Getting help

• Email [email protected] with your SketchUp version, the plugin and its version, and what you were doing. Replies usually go out within 2 business days.
• Screenshots help a lot. For an import problem, attaching the SVG file is the fastest way to a fix.

Installing a plugin

1. Download the .rbz file from the plugin's page.
2. In SketchUp: Extensions → Extension Manager → Install Extension.
3. Pick the .rbz file and confirm.
4. If the toolbar does not appear, restart SketchUp. Toolbars can also be shown from View → Toolbars.

Requirements

• SketchUp 2021 or newer, Windows. macOS is not supported.
• The interface follows SketchUp's language (English and 中文).
• Every plugin runs standalone — no other plugin is required.
• JL Asset Manager's IES-light feature requires Enscape.

Before you buy

• Check the plugin's compatibility section and FAQ — they list what is and isn't supported, deliberately including the gaps.
• If you are unsure whether it fits your workflow, ask by email before purchasing. That is faster for both of us than a refund.
